Down 50 pounds woah!

You're doing great!!! I started around your initial weight and now I'm hovering around 160. If I can do it, you totally can too! Keep it up!

It's inspiring to see weight loss journeys. Remember to be kind to yourselves, everyone. Even a pound a week can make a huge difference over time. Slow and steady wins the race!

For those just starting out, remember that everyone's journey is different. Don't compare yourself to others. Focus on making sustainable lifestyle changes. I've found that focusing on my relationship with food has been just as important as the medication itself.

@ToneLady763 It took me about 9 months, but everyone's different! Don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away. It's a marathon, not a sprint!

Down 111 lbs and it's been wild. The good stuff: totally different relationship with clothes now, flying is way easier on my body, all my markers are solid. The rough part: hard surfaces hurt, I get cold way faster. Curious what others didn't expect when they dropped serious weight.

8mg is not actually that high for Reta - plenty of people run higher without significant sides. The 'everyone reacts differently' thing is genuinely true so there's no way to predict your specific response. Going slow and watching how each dose lands is the only way to know.
