Down 50 pounds woah!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
You're doing great!!! I started around your initial weight and now I'm hovering around 160. If I can do it, you totally can too! Keep it up!

It's inspiring to see weight loss journeys. Remember to be kind to yourselves, everyone. Even a pound a week can make a huge difference over time. Slow and steady wins the race!

For those just starting out, remember that everyone's journey is different. Don't compare yourself to others. Focus on making sustainable lifestyle changes. I've found that focusing on my relationship with food has been just as important as the medication itself.

@ToneLady763 It took me about 9 months, but everyone's different! Don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away. It's a marathon, not a sprint!

Down 111 lbs and it's been wild. The good stuff: totally different relationship with clothes now, flying is way easier on my body, all my markers are solid. The rough part: hard surfaces hurt, I get cold way faster. Curious what others didn't expect when they dropped serious weight.

2mg every 3 days giving good appetite suppression while staying aware of stomach space is the right frame for the dose you're at. 249 to 198 on 1mg is solid - the belt becoming the indicator rather than the scale is one of those practical measures that tells you more. 160 from 198 is very achievable from where you are.

the stomach-plus-legs rotation at that injection frequency is the right approach for avoiding site buildup - two sites across the body gives enough surface area that consistent rotation prevents the sensitivity accumulation that comes with returning to the same spot repeatedly. at that combined frequency the pattern needs to be deliberate rather than casual; keeping a log of which specific spot within each site gets each injection helps distribute across the full available area

the back-of-arm site is the one that most solo injectors eventually figure out but initially avoids for the obvious reason - reaching the lateral or posterior upper arm for a clean subQ injection without a second set of hands requires a specific awkward angle that takes practice. the payoff is a site with good tissue depth and low nerve density in most people, which makes it worth developing if the primary sites are getting overused
