Independent limits from health agencies make more sense than arbitrary numbers. FDA endotoxin limits and CDC body weight data would work. FDA max for tirzepatide is 15mg, average US person is 84kg — that gives 840 EUs max for a vial. If I'm taking 18mg, that's my risk. Product should be safe up to label.
 
ss-31 runs without a pause. i do quarterly cycles: 5mg daily for 20 days, add 2.5mg of the other peptide the last 5 days, then 2 days off and continue the other 5mg 3x week. lower dose upfront stops the shock.
 
you carried 198 well! just started mounjaro at 198 too, 3 weeks at 2.5mg. rough first two weeks but feeling good now. already down 9 lbs. stoked to see where this goes. you look great, keep it up.
