Down 60lbs on GLP-1!

Okay, so I began at a dose of 10 and gradually increased it to 50. Back in May '23 I was around 275, and this month I'm at 216! A lot of changes to what I eat and some light workouts a while back when my knees weren't so bad. Still got a journey ahead, and the angles may be a little off in the before/after pics, but same underwear in both, and clothes fit totally differently now!

You look fantastic!!! You have a great shape. I lost about the same and weigh about the same as you do. Seeing your pics makes me feel good about where I'm at! Thanks for sharing!

You look SO AMAZING! Such great progress! And you carry your weight really well! (Hope that doesn't sound weird) It looks like you've lost even more, I'd guess you weigh less!

That's amazing! What's your height? I'm trying to visualize what that weight looks like on different frames.

I'm 5'7. Yeah, it's been a long year but def worth it. Still got like, another 40 lbs I wanna lose tho.

Totally get that. I've dropped maybe 45lbs in the last few months, and honestly, the scale is less important than how my clothes fit. Used to just go by how I *felt*, but the scale keeps me honest. Congrats again Pip_19!

For anyone struggling, remember lifestyle changes are key. I've seen people lose a lot initially, then gain it back when they stop the meds if they don't adjust their habits.
