Down 63! Still can't believe it!

Great job! It's essential to take pictures. I wish I had taken more when I started my journey. It's so motivating to see the progress, especially on days when the scale doesn't move. I also suggest everyone to track their starting weight, height, and goal weight! It really helps!

I try to get some walking in a few times a week, but honestly, the medication is doing most of the work. I'm planning to add more strength training soon to help with potential loose skin.
