I'm happier than ever! I remember lurking on here seeking motivation during those first couple months when I barely saw any change. I went from basically a size 16 to a size 4, which still feels crazy. To anyone just starting, keep at it! Be proud of yourselves for prioritizing your well-being. Consistency is key!

Wow, it's wild how different bodies are! I'm also 5'9", 29F. I went from 205 to around 145 and I'm trying *not* to lose more, and I'm a size 10, started at 18. A size 4 sounds impossible. Congrats!

Me too, actually! Pretty much the same numbers. My doctor just ordered bloodwork with vitamin levels to check for deficiencies. You might want to get yours checked too! I was low on B6, sodium, and protein.

Picture from September 2024! I was in a stress-eating phase around 240 lbs, lost maybe 35 pounds on my own, then started sema. That's how I looked back then... pretty crazy. Sorry for the weird crop job, had to cut my sister out, haha.

Why do you think progress was slower at first? Would you mind sharing what dose you're on? Congrats on all the effort!

You look fabulous! Where did you get your sema from? I'm trying to decide where to order from.

I'd caution you to do your research before deciding where to purchase from. Some places aren't as reputable as others when it comes to quality.

Hey Real_Guy464 and dose-day-dread - have you noticed any changes in your vitamin levels? I've read some ppl experience deficiencies after significant weight loss, so I wanted to ask about your experiences.

That's a good point! I'm trying to be extra careful about getting enough nutrients. Protein shakes have been a lifesaver.
