Down 70lbs - now what?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
the 10 lbs after a long hold at goal weight is one of the most stubborn spots on the whole journey. sometimes the dose that got you there just isn't enough to push the last stretch, and a small bump rather than a full overhaul is worth trying first. what does your doctor think is driving the stall?

Never making it to the full dose and still achieving the result is the high receptor sensitivity story that explains why some people stop at 2.5mg and hit goal while others need 15mg for the same outcome. The OP's 70 lbs and what's next is the question that comes after reaching the dose efficiency ceiling. What does staying at the minimum effective dose look like as a maintenance plan?

The reduce-your-dose suggestion at 80 lbs down makes a lot of sense - the medication often keeps working at a lower level once the body has adjusted. The 70 lbs in the OP is a big milestone and the 'now what' question is the right one to be asking at this point. What does maintenance look like as a goal?
