I've dropped 78 pounds in eight months; I'm at 205, down from 283 last spring. My goal is 170. I don't have pictures when I was at my highest weight, but I have some from when I was around 250. I've been over 215 for most of my life, since I was a young teen. It's unbelievable that this is happening. I have body dysmorphia, but I can see a difference! My gut is smaller, and my clothes are too big. It's scary, but I feel amazing.

I love hearing success stories! Congrats! You've motivated me to keep going. It was shocking that I lost weight and have kept it off.

It's great to hear about your success with minimal side effects, Lift_Health. It sounds like completely changing your eating habits has been key. Congratulations!

Seventy-eight pounds in eight months is incredible! You're almost at your goal already, that's amazing progress. The last stretch always feels like it drags but you're so close.

Electrolytes are the first fix for dizziness and fog on GLP-1. Most people do sodium first - the caloric deficit combined with reduced food intake pulls sodium down faster than expected. LMNT or a simple salt-plus-water approach works well. The urge-to-drink reduction is a real bonus - that behavioral effect extends beyond food.

Losing that much in 8 months is honestly impressive. I've only managed 50 pounds in 6 months myself, I know comparing isn't really the point, but still. Great job, seriously.

That's genuinely amazing. Hoping to lose somewhere around that myself, even just getting back into the 260s would feel huge, that's 40 pounds off for me! And you're definitely not alone in this. Sending hugs from a stranger on the internet.

Amazing work, you look incredible and I bet you feel even better. I'm at 25 pounds down myself with 75 still ahead of me, so this is genuinely motivating to see.

Congrats on 80 pounds! Holding onto old clothing sizes because you're nervous is honestly a hugely common thing during weight loss.
