Down 80, feeling great!

I've dropped 78 pounds in eight months; I'm at 205, down from 283 last spring. My goal is 170. I don't have pictures when I was at my highest weight, but I have some from when I was around 250. I've been over 215 for most of my life, since I was a young teen. It's unbelievable that this is happening. I have body dysmorphia, but I can see a difference! My gut is smaller, and my clothes are too big. It's scary, but I feel amazing.

I love hearing success stories! Congrats! You've motivated me to keep going. It was shocking that I lost weight and have kept it off.

It's great to hear about your success with minimal side effects, Lift_Health. It sounds like completely changing your eating habits has been key. Congratulations!

Seventy-eight pounds in eight months is incredible! You're almost at your goal already, that's amazing progress. The last stretch always feels like it drags but you're so close.

Electrolytes are the first fix for dizziness and fog on GLP-1. Most people do sodium first - the caloric deficit combined with reduced food intake pulls sodium down faster than expected. LMNT or a simple salt-plus-water approach works well. The urge-to-drink reduction is a real bonus - that behavioral effect extends beyond food.
