Down 87lbs - Still got 15 to go!

That's quite a transformation! How are you feeling in general? Also, have you had any issues with excess skin?

You look great! I'm the same height, so it's helpful to see how others look at similar heights/weights. I still struggle with seeing myself differently, even though I've lost about 70lbs.

I feel you on that one! It's like my brain hasn't caught up with the weight loss. I still see the 'old' me sometimes.

Wow, that's super motivating! I started at pretty much the same weight, and my goal is also around 150lbs.

Remember that everyone's body responds differently to these medications. It's essential to work closely with your doctor to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed. Don't get discouraged if your journey looks different!

I can totally relate to your starting point, ShrinkFixed. I was facing similar health issues – high blood pressure creeping in, cholesterol getting scary, and sleep apnea started to become a real problem. I was around 300lbs myself. It's more than just the number on the scale; it's about feeling better and being healthier.

Exactly! The health improvements are the biggest win. Blood pressure's way down, feeling more energetic. Still working on the sleep apnea though.

Curious about HGH outcomes. Never tried it but been thinking. Still have a tesofensine kit sitting around that I should start first.

lost most of my weight, about 100 lbs, before this got popular but man i wish i had it from the start. don't tell many people because i don't want the commentary. work in a salon with lots of women and it comes up constantly. saturday a client said i lost it 'the real way' and i'm like... so what we're doing is fake? lol.
