Down 88 lbs since May! 💪

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my progress. I started this journey around May 20th, weighing about 303 lbs, and as of today, October 15th, I'm at 215 lbs. That's roughly 88 lbs shed in a little under 5 months! It's been tough, but honestly, it's so worth it. I've changed my diet, started a daily walking routine, prioritizing consistency over aiming for impossible perfection.

I still have a ways to go before reaching my goal, but for the first time in years, I genuinely believe I can do it. My clothes fit so much better, my face is noticeably thinner, and my energy levels are through the roof. If you're just beginning, please hang in there – small, consistent efforts really do make a difference. ❤️

(Stats: 5'6", Start Weight: 303, Current Weight: 215, Goal Weight: 140)
 
Girl, you look amazing, seriously! I'm kicking off my own journey in a few days. Inject_Gal Your post is total inspo! What's your approximate daily calorie intake, and have you tried combining it with intermittent fasting?

Sure! I started at the lowest dose and gradually increased every 4 weeks based on my doctor's recommendations and how I was feeling. I'm currently on a maintenance dose.
