Hey everyone! I wanted to share my progress. I started this journey around May 20th, weighing about 303 lbs, and as of today, October 15th, I'm at 215 lbs. That's roughly 88 lbs shed in a little under 5 months! It's been tough, but honestly, it's so worth it. I've changed my diet, started a daily walking routine, prioritizing consistency over aiming for impossible perfection.
I still have a ways to go before reaching my goal, but for the first time in years, I genuinely believe I can do it. My clothes fit so much better, my face is noticeably thinner, and my energy levels are through the roof. If you're just beginning, please hang in there – small, consistent efforts really do make a difference.
