Hi everyone! I'm a 41 year old female, started at 257 lbs and now I'm at 167 lbs, and I'm 5'6". I went from a size 22/2XL to about a 10/M or L. I've been focusing on a calorie deficit, lots of protein, and I try to work out about 5 times a week. Ask me anything!
