Down 90+ Pounds!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
10 pounds in 2 months and 2 weeks is the early stage and the 90+ in the OP is what staying in it looks like over time. The medication is just a tool - the tool has to work consistently to build that kind of result.

10 lb/month down to 2 lb/month is the natural progression almost everyone hits as they lose. The psychology of that slowdown is harder than the actual pace - the first few months set an expectation the body can't maintain long-term. 90+ lbs is what persisting through that psychological shift produces. How long did the 2 lb/month phase feel before it started to feel acceptable?

I know, patience really is the thing I'm lacking here. Never took a proper before and after shot, but I've got plenty of regular photos scattered around. Total loss sits around 40 lbs, 27 of that came from a keto and low-carb push over just 20 days, and the rest has mostly come from the medication over the past three months.
Used to walk three times a week, but between the Arizona heat and wanting more structure I just signed up at a gym instead. My legs have gotten pretty toned and I really don't want to lose that. Think the impatience is just because the scale barely budges lately, even though my clothes fit dramatically better and I've dropped about three sizes. Funny thing is I still don't feel 'thin' in my own head yet. And the pace right now is genuinely crawling, ha.
