Hit the 100lb mark! (45kg!) Officially 100lbs gone.

Started at 313lbs--now at 212. What a feeling.

I just don't think I can believe it. I've been working hard, and it shows! I feel amazing. I really feel like myself, which is a change. PCOS made me feel so trapped. I'm hopeful again...

Just need to drop maybe 20 more lbs, and then I'll see where I'm at.

Mounjaro is a game-changer. I'm so thankful.

Wow, your OLD weight was 313... that's like my birthday, March 13th. I'll be 55 then. I'm only 3.5 lbs til my target weight of 175 lbs. I'm down like 148 lbs since mid-July. We can do this! Yesss! Congrats!

I feel you on the 'feeling like yourself' thing. I just started this week, and that's what I want, too - to get back to myself again.

So happy you're feeling good. Also, it's funny, you seem happier in your 'before' photo. You look great either way!

Awesome. Keep up the great work. If I hadn't had the same experience myself, I wouldn't believe it.

I can relate to the poster who said they had bariatric surgery and then gained some back. I didn't have surgery, but I dieted, lost a bunch, then gained some back too. It's so frustrating. Glad to hear Ozempic is helping you maintain the loss!

Someone mentioned nerve pain being gone... I didn't even realize how much mine was affecting me until it started to fade. Awesome side benefit!

100 lbs at 313 starting weight is a different category of result. 212 is a real number that changes how the body functions day to day, not just how clothes fit. Steady work like this is what the medication is actually for.
