Stats: 5'1", Started at 162 lbs, Now at 124.6 lbs, Aiming for 110 lbs. Using Semaglutide/B12 at 0.5/0.5mL. I'm also hitting the gym most days focusing on cardio. Eating at a calorie deficit (between 200-500 calories under what I burn) is super helpful! I prioritize protein, fiber, and water. You got this!

What kinds of side effects did you experience? I have similar body measurements to you and I'm going to start on sema soon.

I've been on sema since March, so about eight months now. It's been a slow and steady process, but I'm happy with it.

For me, the biggest side effect was some nausea, especially in the beginning. Also, make sure you're drinking plenty of water, as dehydration can make things worse!

It's great you are incorporating exercise and a healthy diet along with the medication. That's the most effective approach for long-term success and sustainability with weight loss!

I've been on it for almost six months now and I've lost almost 40 pounds. It's been life-changing!

I am excited to get started, I am hoping it will help with the "food noise" people describe! I have been struggling with obsessive eating for so long.
