Down eleven notches!

Fantastic!! Congrats on all that hard work paying off! Your progress is genuinely inspiring, still dealing with a hanging belly myself and it honestly feels like it's never going anywhere.

Hey, appreciate the reply, had bloodwork done a few months back and the only flag was slightly low fasting blood sugar, everything else looked fine. Used to track food religiously with a kitchen scale but haven't been as strict lately, weight's stayed pretty stable, losing maybe a pound weekly at most. Noticed some improvement when eating in a decent surplus, as expected, but not trying to gain until it cools off outside. Thanks again for the reply!

Bloodwork just came back today, one marker improved nicely. Started this medication recently. There'd also been signs pointing toward liver fat buildup, and those readings got better as well.

Scale's really stalled, only down a small amount, but glad overall health is improving. Weight loss is secondary anyway.

That's amazing. Just started three days ago. Around forty-five pounds to lose here, also diabetic. Daily blood sugar readings look fine but the longer-term marker isn't dropping as fast as hoped. Food noise gone entirely. Eating now takes a conscious reminder. Some nausea and dizziness yesterday. Watching how it develops. Wishing the best of luck!

Started earlier this year. A1c dropped fast from a high reading down into a much better range, though follow-up testing hasn't happened yet. A decent amount of weight came off too. Honestly not entirely sure how, since portion sizes and food choices haven't shifted dramatically. Guessing the body's just processing meals a lot more efficiently these days.
