Down eleven notches!

Fantastic!! Congrats on all that hard work paying off! Your progress is genuinely inspiring, still dealing with a hanging belly myself and it honestly feels like it's never going anywhere.

Hey, appreciate the reply, had bloodwork done a few months back and the only flag was slightly low fasting blood sugar, everything else looked fine. Used to track food religiously with a kitchen scale but haven't been as strict lately, weight's stayed pretty stable, losing maybe a pound weekly at most. Noticed some improvement when eating in a decent surplus, as expected, but not trying to gain until it cools off outside. Thanks again for the reply!

Bloodwork just came back today, one marker improved nicely. Started this medication recently. There'd also been signs pointing toward liver fat buildup, and those readings got better as well.

Scale's really stalled, only down a small amount, but glad overall health is improving. Weight loss is secondary anyway.

That's amazing. Just started three days ago. Around forty-five pounds to lose here, also diabetic. Daily blood sugar readings look fine but the longer-term marker isn't dropping as fast as hoped. Food noise gone entirely. Eating now takes a conscious reminder. Some nausea and dizziness yesterday. Watching how it develops. Wishing the best of luck!

Started earlier this year. A1c dropped fast from a high reading down into a much better range, though follow-up testing hasn't happened yet. A decent amount of weight came off too. Honestly not entirely sure how, since portion sizes and food choices haven't shifted dramatically. Guessing the body's just processing meals a lot more efficiently these days.

Amazing results, keep going! I noticed a CGM in the January pics. Did it help or hurt your loss? My A1c was 6.9 before Mounjaro started in July, and I'm thinking of asking for a CGM too. I'm down over 20lbs (about 9kg) and want to nail the sugar side as well.

Congrats! Week 20 for me, 7.5 dose, 35# lost overall, with ten to go before I think about maintenance. My recent A1c readings were fairly good (5.9 to 6.5) compared with a peak beyond 15 (I had no idea), but my newest test rose slightly, cause unknown so far.

I'm losing inches, which is awesome! Inflammation is down, BP is perfect, A1C in normal range (no longer 6.9), so yes I'm watching all my scores! But the weight is what I'd hoped for, since my BMI stood at 39 initially.

Going to five caused no trouble, but seven and a half wrecked me, so I retreated. Last month my doctor and I agreed I'd retry 7.5 beginning this week. Blood sugar is excellent (A1c 5.4, not prediabetic), yet he thinks roughly ten more pounds gone would help me because things stalled. Worth trying, four doses minimum. Spacing shots nine or ten days apart eased me in.

Congrats, that's awesome! Meanwhile I've only managed 5 pounds since kicking things off in late spring. Had rough enough side effects at 7.5mg that I dropped back to 5.0 instead. Type 2 diabetic here, and since my glucose is staying controlled at this dose, I'm planning to just stay put. Great progress on your end though!
