Down HUGE in 3 wks! 🤩

Hong Kong Yanpep International
16% in 3 months and now plateauing at 3mg - two weeks at a dose is usually too early to call it a real plateau. the plateau window often breaks in week 3 or 4 if everything else stays consistent. what does appetite feel like at 3mg compared to 2mg?

15 pounds in 3 months at 1mg and the body working through the adjustment first before things started moving is a really common story. The 3 week mark on a new dose is usually too early to know if it is working. Give it more time.

Similar starting stats and the 130-135 target resonates - the before hormone shifts framing is its own distinct goal that the scale number doesn't fully capture. 3 weeks at .25mg for the OP is still pretty early for how things look longer term. Stick with it.

Been at 0.25 for two months now and down 15 pounds. First five were probably water weight. Really happy with how this is going.

Incredible results, mostly water weight early on I'm sure, but I was a strong responder too. Never went past 1mg and still dropped 30kg, about 60 pounds, over four months.

Call it whatever works, but genuinely haven't felt this good in years. That 10kg probably includes a lot of water rather than pure fat, but what matters most is feeling great with zero side effects. Keeping calories around 1500 daily these days.

Thank you! This thread sat in the approval queue a while, so I honestly forgot I'd posted it. About two days after that, the puffiness and fluid retention finally settled down and I dropped another 3 pounds this week. Back on track.

Similar spot, weight's trickled off slowly these past few months. Two weeks back I climbed to 15mg looking for a jolt forward, but nothing noticeable happened. Was injecting every six days.

This week I tried something different... dropped back down to 12.5 but injected on day five instead of six, shifting to a five-day rotation. Running 12.5 every five days versus 15 every six should land at roughly the same overall medication level, basically a wash.

But somehow, completely unexpectedly, I've been dropping weight every single day since, 3 pounds across 3 days! No idea why. Only other change was adding an electrolyte supplement around the same time, nothing else shifted.

Can't explain it myself, just sharing in case it's useful data for someone else.

Just started 6mg today. Sticking to the study protocol here. Planning to move to 9 next round, but I hold off until hunger actually shows up before day seven, usually around day six is when I can feel it's time. We'll see how 6 goes though, injected today and it already feels noticeably stronger than previous amounts. No side effects at all, and I'm down 30 lbs across eight weeks. I push myself daily to hit mostly protein, it's genuinely a daily battle staying on target, but protein and water are the two things I stay locked in on every single day!

Curious why the starting point was a higher amount instead of the smallest dose? That kind of loss over three months isn't slow at all in my view, though everyone's different. Have you upped your activity level at all? Working off a set calorie and protein target, or more freeform? I began around 1600 calories, realized it was more than needed, and cut it down to 1450. Standing 5'6. After roughly 30 lbs gone I tightened it further to 1200, though I let that flex on rough days. Aiming for about 100g of protein daily, always front-loading protein at each meal. Might be worth tracking your own intake if you aren't already, see if any patterns show up? Also older myself, so hormones aren't really a factor in my case. Good luck!

correct me if I'm off, but 8lbs works out to roughly 3.6kg, right? that's a huge amount for three weeks! I'm on my third shot too, and only dropped 3kg. figured I was doing pretty well ^^;
