Downsizing my closet!

Just sorted thru all my clothes. Gave away six big garbage bags full of stuff that's too big now, including shoes! I haven't been this size since I was in college...so about 25 years. Woohoo!

I imagine plenty of people are having similar experiences. Those bigger sizes can be really expensive too.

I've been doing the same. It's a bit stressful, though. I feel like I don't have anything to wear anymore, and nothing in the stores appeals to me. I'm getting rid of my favorite items gradually.

Way to go! I'm in a similar situation - a size 14 is starting to swim on me! I've been up and down sizes for so long. I used to have boxes of clothes in the garage, thinking I'd fit them again one day. The smallest was a size 18. I finally got rid of those since they were totally out of style. Now I'm donating my larger clothes right away. No going back!

I'm in Mississippi. People have lost everything around here. I've lost 60 lbs myself, and just donated several bags of my larger clothes to a local women's shelter on Monday. I bet some of them are being worn by someone else RIGHT NOW. Felt great on so many levels!

I saw this earlier and wanted to say thanks! You encouraged me to go thru my closet and pack up what's too big, and also what technically fits but I just don't like. No point in keeping clothes that don't feel good just because they fit. It's been super therapeutic. Thanks!

How long have you been taking Ozempic?
I'm curious too! I've been on it for about 8 months with pretty good results, but plateaued a bit. Wondering what others are experiencing.

It's great to hear success stories! I'm down 140 pounds total. About half of that was just diet and exercise. The other 70 came off thanks to semaglutide.

Congratulations! That's a fantastic achievement. Are you experiencing any side effects from the GLP-1?

Split dosing's the easiest move when the med's working but effects don't last the full week. Worth trying before adding anything else.

Everyone's protocol is different, which is wild. Glad morning dosing works for you. For peptide stacks, timing matters—Epi before DSIP increases the second one's punch, even if not same day.
