I'm a 47F who recently switched from 1mg Ozempic to 3.75mg tirzepatide and finally saw movement on the scale after six months! I've dropped about 17 lbs in a month, even though my appetite's higher and I'm eating more. My constipation is also gone. I was at 250lbs, now I'm 203 at 6'.
My problem is energy. I've struggled with fatigue due to a sleep disorder for years, even before starting any GLP-1 meds. I'm taking Provigil for excessive daytime sleepiness, but it only helps a bit.
I got clean from meth about 3 years back, gained lots of weight, and ended up with a sleep problem.
So, I'm looking for advice about what supplements or protocol would give me the most energy during the day without breaking the bank.
Which would be better, a regimen of SS31 and MOTS-c, or a NAD+ supplement protocol? What are the pros and cons of each?
Thanks for the input!
