Extreme Fatigue on Reta

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Anyone else dealing with extreme fatigue on reta? Been on it about four months now, at the higher end of dosing for around six weeks. Tired constantly. Getting a full eight hours overnight and still need a three hour nap on weekends. Practically falling asleep at my desk. Can't stand it anymore. Are there any compounds that could help combat this kind of fatigue?

Felt the most from ss-31 last summer honestly, really cut through brain fog. Nad+ gave clean energy, actually cut coffee entirely while running it, mainly trying to counter fatigue from reta. This latest round I just went all in, highest concentration vials, pushed doses and duration to finish everything the same week. Nothing fancy, just going hard.

New week here. Bumping tesa up to 1.25mg daily mornings and increasing reta to 4mg twice weekly. Tesa seems to give a small mental lift that cuts through some of the foggy fatigue from reta. No other side effects worth mentioning.

Morning. Stayed on my starting dose for a long stretch, actually still holding there for maintenance. Worked perfectly for me, never needed to bump it up. My doctor did suggest raising it for a month once, and that led to extreme fatigue, so I brought it back down. Genuinely believe in sticking with the lowest dose that actually works, same as with any medication. Key word being 'works' though. If the current amount isn't cutting it, then yes, raise it. There's a very small slice of people this medication just doesn't work for, that possibility exists, but it's genuinely uncommon. Before giving up entirely, try bumping to the next level first.
