This has been a crazy ride, but totally worth it. No more slimming filters or hiding in the back during group pics!

I was so insecure that the thought of stepping into a gym terrified me – afraid of being judged. I told myself I'd start working out *after* losing weight. Backwards, I know! I focused on diet and the shot. But now I've gone from a size 18 to a 12, I'm ready.

Yeah, I'm super unfit, and everything is jiggly right now. But I'm doing reformer pilates every other day. Instead of obsessing over the scale, I'm aiming to tone up and hold a plank for longer than 5 seconds, lol.

I'm only about 15 pounds from my initial goal. It might take longer now that I'm building muscle. But when I get there, I'll know I earned it. Wouldn't have been able to do it without my meds.

Just sharing my progress. Not quite there, but so close! 😊

It's kinda sad that's a thing, my mother won't hit up the gym til she also trims down. I want all gyms to ban vids but I'm happy you are working out and not just depending on the shot

Don't sweat the "jiggly." No one else is paying attention. Feeling good about yourself is key! Get out there and enjoy life!

P.S. You don't need to lose anymore weight if you don't want to, because you're slender, girl!!! Ozempic rocks!

Hey there, you're looking fantastic! A lot of us have questions. Could you share some tips – how long you've been taking it, your dosage, eating habits? It encourages others to see success stories and gather ideas.

I need some advice! I've hit a plateau. Been on the meds for 8 months, lost about 50lbs. I'm 37, female, 5'3", and currently 200lbs. My dose is usually .5, but the last month or two, I've stalled and my appetite is back. Do you usually increase the dose at this point?

Thanks everyone for the support! Yuki I appreciate the muscle comment, it's really what I wanted to work up to! I'm not just trying to be skinny again, but fit!

That's something to ask your doc about, tbh. Everyone's different!

Hey, saw this thing on reddit. Some chick got to goal weight and then hit the gym hard. Lifted heavy, did cardio, abs... She said she lost some curves but looked AMAZING.

Just remember, building muscle can slow weight loss on the scale. Focus on body composition (muscle vs. fat) rather than just the number. Keep up the good work!
