Started out at 180 lbs, 5'1. These days fluctuating in the 115-120 range on maintenance. Began on Sema and ended up on Reta for the maintenance phase.
Blood pressure's perfect. Bloodwork all looks great too, cholesterol down, A1C normal, liver values normal. The only numbers that might raise an eyebrow: fasting glucose runs low and creatinine sits in the low 40s. My primary care doctor mentioned keeping something sugary nearby should any low-blood-sugar symptoms show up, said nothing about the creatinine number though. Assuming the low creatinine ties to muscle loss, which should be reversible.
Feel a lot better about myself these days. Confidence is way up. People treat me differently too, fatphobia is absolutely a real thing.
The one downside, spending a small fortune replacing my whole wardrobe!!!
