Finally under 200!

Hey everyone! So, like a lot of people during those crazy years, I put on some weight. I think I was around 235 pounds in summer 2025. I'm about 5'7". I managed to drop a few pounds since then but couldn't seem to get below 200. In March, I started on a medication and was 212 pounds or so, and this morning I weighed myself and I'm at 190. I'm officially overweight now, not obese anymore! The bad news is, my coverage ended so I'm switching to something else next week. Hopefully it goes well! Still, I'm taking this as a win.

Thanks! Honestly, the biggest thing for me has been being patient and consistent. The weight didn't come on overnight, and it's not going to come off that way either. Just stick with it and listen to your body!
 
Finally 197 under. Five seven inch. August 2025 birthday present. Scale one measurement. Smaller clothes than 197 before. Torrid smallest maybe soon sad love. Work noticed. Open journey mostly. Comments start, hair? Cut six inches 45 pounds!
 
I dropped about 25 lbs real fast back in the day and yeah, loose skin happened. Rushing the loss isn't worth it. Slow is the move — gives your skin a chance to keep up.
 
55 male, started at 305, down to 254, goal is 200. Blood sugar went from 7.1 to 5.9. Started mid-March, changed diet and exercising six days. Three gym, three with a heavy pack. Lost 50, got stuck eight weeks after breaking my foot. Vacations show too. Still need 54 more. Wouldn't 185-190 be great? Didn't think I'd see the 250s again in my life.
 
Spent close to 6 weeks pushing through the 200-barrier. Finally broke through and the scale keeps dropping. Aiming for 165 and feeling like I'm right there. Hope your weekend is solid.
