Finally under 200lbs!

I treated myself to some new shirts that fit closer to my body. It helps to actually SEE the progress! I started losing weight in Dec '25 and am now down 30 pounds. Went from a 16-18 to a 10-12! It took about two months to see a major difference.

After 10 months I'm finally under 200. Ozempic and healthier eating and exercise got me here. Haven't been under 200 since high school like 13 years ago so this feels amazing.

On it for A1c, not weight loss, and my doc was careful — started minimum and went slow. No nausea, zero issues. A1c went 6.9 to 5.6 and I dropped 40 pounds just by eating better — 4–5 small meals instead of 3 big ones, more fruit and veg, less fried stuff.

solid progress, nice work dialing it in. appetite came back quick off-cycle tho. on maintenance at 2mg every 10 days, does it keep steady or does it taper before the next shot? i'm tryna get down to your first pic!

Had surgery, stopped for 8 weeks at 1mg maintenance, restarted at 0.25 like you. Slight nausea. Back up to 0.75 now, slow and my pace, not the maker's directions. Zofran is the best nausea med to keep around. Stop before you feel full — those last bites get you. Hydrate, probiotics, stool softener twice a day, teaspoon of MiraLAX daily. Keeps things moving when you go up.

Tracking what you eat honestly does help. Found an app that made it way easier to stick to meals that sit better with the med. Turns out eating better = feeling better, who knew lol.
