Food on my mind 24/7?

Yeah, thinking about food all day is exhausting—what to eat, how to handle parties, tracking, saying no when you're still hungry, avoiding break room donuts when stress hits... it's mental weight loss never lets go of. Most people can't sustain that forever. I've even met people post-surgery who gained it back.
 
You'll gotta eat fewer calories than you were eating. That's the honest part. This stuff just helps us actually do that. Everything else follows from that one thing.
 
Port Charlotte options are limited - online tends to be the main resource for people in smaller markets. Most of what you need is here anyway.
