Fridge or no fridge after opening?

Wegovy pens are labeled for up to 4 weeks at room temperature after the first dose, max 77F - the label allows it but fridge extends stability if you're not going to use it regularly within that window. Most people leave the active pen out and keep backups refrigerated until needed.
 
first time i lost weight fast and easy, felt amazing. stopped when i got pregnant. started again six months after and it's half as effective. weight loss is slow and the cost makes me wonder if it's worth it anymore.

Freezing reconstituted peptides degrades them - Reta after reconstitution should stay refrigerated but not frozen. Max cold on a mini fridge can get close to freezing depending on the unit; 2-4C is the target, not 0 or below.
