I saw a Reddit thread about generic Ozempic being produced in Canada. Apparently there were delays, but it might be coming soon. They're guessing it'll cost around $120-$150 per pen.
 
I've read that BPC-157 could potentially amplify the VEGF response. This raises concerns about its use by people with pre-cancerous or undiagnosed cancerous cells, along with those experiencing ischemia or hypoxia, particularly in the retina. It's definitely something to consider if it becomes more widely available.

The quality variation in the supply chain is real enough that a deliberate origin isn't required to explain it - competitive markets with thin margins and inadequate QC infrastructure produce inconsistent product without any coordinated agenda. The cloudy batch problem is more likely poor manufacturing standards than strategic contamination.
