Future peps... what's on the horizon?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I saw a Reddit thread about generic Ozempic being produced in Canada. Apparently there were delays, but it might be coming soon. They're guessing it'll cost around $120-$150 per pen.

I've read that BPC-157 could potentially amplify the VEGF response. This raises concerns about its use by people with pre-cancerous or undiagnosed cancerous cells, along with those experiencing ischemia or hypoxia, particularly in the retina. It's definitely something to consider if it becomes more widely available.

r/glp1stairway had a short, rocky time on Reddit before it got taken down. Kinda expected with those rules.

The deep-dive from recovery and performance into GLP-1 territory is such a common gateway. The overlap between the communities is bigger than people expect. What specific areas are you tracking in terms of what's coming next?

The quality variation in the supply chain is real enough that a deliberate origin isn't required to explain it - competitive markets with thin margins and inadequate QC infrastructure produce inconsistent product without any coordinated agenda. The cloudy batch problem is more likely poor manufacturing standards than strategic contamination.

Yeah, saved that document into my peptide notes when I came across it while researching. Have enough on hand to start a run, but probably holding off until late summer or fall. Need to work through a couple other compounds beforehand. Genuinely curious to see how those two newer ones perform though.

Which one exactly? I've got a fair amount of stuff sourced from Japan and I'm curious which of it is worth setting aside for now until there's more solid information out there.

This is literally the thread where my opening comment was about wanting more data on the healing peptide for that exact reason. Plenty of peptides discussed here genuinely lack the evidence to back their claims, which is exactly why I'd welcome more research.

Not sure how you landed on the idea that I'm unbothered by it.

Epitalon, at least, got a few western studies done, one showing it lengthens telomeres in human cell lines via telomerase upregulation or ALT, so it clearly does something. I'd love to see all the bioregulators tested (that linked paper needed a bunch of corrections lol). Wow, so many patents, you'd think somebody would validate them properly instead of just going 'take this, it helps'. Hoping peptides get real respect in the next couple of years since Kennedy has been so keen on them.

Honestly I wouldn't make much of the lack of a reta plus elora study, since there are tons of possible reasons. Cynical me thinks it's about money and world domination. Same as the higher tirzepatide doses, if those get approved they'd stretch out patent protection. Spacing releases apart keeps the patent clock ticking and the revenue flowing. My best guess at the real plan is that EL needs to tread carefully with so many obesity drugs in the pipeline, so they don't water down market share or how each one is positioned.
