GLP-1 and insomnia?

so much more energy now—this stuff was draining me. plus my head's clearer, brain fog's gone lol. also losing more when i'm on it. read it helps metabolism. and my skin looks great, though i think that's partly the other stuff i'm cycling.
 
I'm exactly the same - three years, 20 percent down, same height and weight. I'm older and diabetic too. work out four days a week but diet could be better. sleep's usually solid. sometimes I think I hit a set point I was at for years. studies say 20 percent for a reason.
