GLP-1 newbie struggles!

I've heard that what you eat can REALLY affect the side effects. Eating cleaner might help reduce them. Focus on lean protein, veggies, and maybe some healthy carbs if you're still hungry. The more processed or fried food you eat, the worse it might be. I eat a salad with feta, celery and carrots every day. I also take Metamucil twice a day so far so good!
 
Thanks for all the tips and advice! I'm going to focus on drinking more water and upping my fiber intake. I think I might try the prunes too. Fingers crossed!
