Different people respond differently depending on the formulation, and there's a growing list of options on the market with more coming. Ozempic brought a genuinely tough six months, but it did the job, diabetes got under control and a lot of weight came off. Talked it over with the doctor and switched to Mounjaro because of how rough those side effects had been. This one's been nearly side-effect free personally. Everyone's response really does seem to be its own thing.
