GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

True. Bad as anything else. I smoke a lot more. Have Chantix from my doc but didn't want to start yet. Know that quitting messes with eating so was waiting.
 
been on 2.5 for 5 weeks and i'm so happy. finally feel in control after fighting weight for 40 years. plus now i have type 2 diabetes but for the first time i'm not spiraling. lost about 15 pounds so far doing low carb mostly.
 
Used to do low carb and keto for weight. Since Mounjaro started feeling sick if I don't eat carbs. The med bumps insulin sensitivity so I can finally do a balanced diet.
 
Same pattern here on Wegovy. I've started rationing — only chocolate after 7 PM, and only the dark stuff (75%+). Two squares is enough now where it used to take a whole bar to feel anything. I think the timing trick works better than trying to cut it out entirely.
