GLP-1 year: What did you do?

I appreciate all of you! I wasn't really planning on showing off LOL. I've been trying to eat much healthier, focusing on protein. I am working out 3 times a week now, and trying to swim when I can.
 
I'm so happy for you! I'm 53 and just started a few weeks ago. It's good to know that being patient can really pay off. I'm having some side effects but I'm going to try and stick it out.
