52F, started at 297, now 147 lbs. Only 7 lbs till I hit my ultimate goal! Eighteen months on this med and its been a total transformation!

Honestly, it's still a work in progress. I find that having healthy snacks readily available helps. Also, recognizing when I'm eating for emotional reasons and trying to find other ways to cope, like going for a walk or calling a friend.GingerTeaTox said:...How did you deal with cravings and emotional eating?
Yes, I've heard that's a pretty common experience. Some people reach a plateau on semaglutide and find that tirzepatide helps them break through it.
