You're a gorgeous woman, no matter what. Congrats on your progress! It isn't easy, even with the GLP-1. I'm on it too, down over 100lbs with maybe 50 to go. I'm struggling with keeping up my motivation. The urge to comfort myself with food is still there, even when I'm not physically hungry. How did you deal with cravings and emotional eating?

Congrats! I'm wondering if the side effects are worth it. End of week 3, .25 was fine, but .5 is rough. Maybe the dose increase was too quick for me.

You look awesome! I love GLP-1s. I wanted to drop 50lbs and I'm almost halfway there after only 3 months! I eat to survive, not the other way around now. What a change!

Maybe try going back down to .25 for a bit? I've heard other people say that helped them adjust.

Honestly, it's still a work in progress. I find that having healthy snacks readily available helps. Also, recognizing when I'm eating for emotional reasons and trying to find other ways to cope, like going for a walk or calling a friend.

Someone in another group said they switched to tirzepatide when sema stopped working so well. Has anyone else had to do that?
Yes, I've heard that's a pretty common experience. Some people reach a plateau on semaglutide and find that tirzepatide helps them break through it. It's something to discuss with your doctor if you find that sema is no longer effective.
