GLP-1s curbing caffeine?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Some folks get constipation, some get the opposite. If you lean one way and get the opposite, there you go. I tended toward constipation after boosting protein after years of IBS stuff. Swung to the other side but tirz leveled it out. I'm the most regular I've been in a long time. Heard this from other people too—nice bonus side effect from the med.

Alcohol going down dramatically since Tirz is the more common one but caffeine tracking the same direction is not unheard of. The reward pathway effect that quiets food noise seems to extend to other substances for some people. The OP not missing their morning coffee is the mild end of that spectrum. Did the alcohol change happen gradually or was it an early shift?

the unflavored whey in coffee approach is underrated for the morning window when appetite is low - it adds a meaningful protein hit to a drink you're already having without the texture or taste conflict that flavored powders can create in coffee. the trick is water temperature - hot coffee can partially change the whey texture and create clumping, so mixing in warm rather than fully hot coffee helps

The differential response between coffee and Coke Zero while maintaining one and dropping the other is interesting from a behavioral standpoint - the ritual and context matter as much as the caffeine content for these patterns. Coffee tends to pair with appetite and morning hunger cues that GLP-1 suppresses; the evening Coke Zero habit runs on a different schedule and context and may have remained intact because it was already decoupled from food timing.
