GLP-1s: Life Changing!

Sema killed my alcohol cravings hard when I started. Spent solid time sober, huge improvement. Life stuff took over though. Still drinking way less, maybe 50% of before. Started for metabolic stuff but really wanted it for the drinking. Let me know if you figure out which one works.
 
Started 2.5 in December, now at 10. Down from 245 to 172, goal is 165. High protein, walking, weight training. Month 2 at 10 with 3 more doses, then tapering to 7.5. The process is working.
 
Plateaued 4 months at 7.5 and thought it stopped working. Turns out I was at maintenance for my new weight. Dropped intake 300 cals and the scale moved in 10 days. What's your daily intake looking like?
