GLP-1s: My Amazing Journey!

Wish I could take it. As a type 2 diabetic, creatine pushes my creatinine levels up and stresses my kidneys, so that's off the table for me.

awesome. added creatine a month ago to my routine while lifting. glad to hear good results. hope you're feeling great too. cheers!

Stay hydrated, eat your baseline calories, stack the protein and fiber, get real sleep. started creatine recently and feel way sharper—ask your doc first tho, especially if you've got kidney stuff or elevated creatinine.

the problem isn't the sugar, it's the insulin your body needs to keep it down. insulin messes with everything else. i'm on the ss31/mots-c/nad+ stack now for mitochondrial stuff because my fasting sugar's low but insulin's high.

This is wonderful! Thanks for being an inspiration! I'm just starting my path. Hate that you felt pressured to quit but you're maintaining well regardless. Gives me confidence I won't depend on it forever.

500-700 calorie deficit works for most. track rolling 7-day averages though — day to day noise is useless. going from surplus to deficit? water weight swings like crazy. and faster loss usually means more muscle goes with it.

I stack mag glycinate and melatonin at night. Glycine same time if I add it. Then a handful of vitamins after my first meal. Creatine I try to time before the gym.
