amazing you're losing so steady on 2.5—that's you doing the work with the meds as backup. you've got room to move up. don't stress about worst-case stuff. it happened to me at 15mg—stopped losing and hunger came back. had to start exercising even though it was rough.
 
stopped working doesn't mean plateau and regain though. i don't see evidence of real weight comeback once dose is maintained. it hits a set point and holds there. the set point seems dose-dependent, and low-and-slow doesn't match the trial data on upper limits.
 
Lipase elevation is worth flagging because it can precede pancreatitis even when symptoms are absent. GLP-1s generally improve triglycerides along with other metabolic markers, which is the typical pattern. The lipase piece warrants a direct conversation with your prescriber.
 
Triglycerides from 141 to 74 alongside the glucose drop is the full metabolic picture - the combo getting those numbers in six months is a strong result.
