Hello! Ever since moving up to a 4mg reta amount around two months back, eczema decided to show up on the eyelids out of nowhere. Zero history of eczema before this.
Dosing schedule runs four weeks on, one week off. During that off stretch, it genuinely looked like a new cream had finally solved it for good. But after last week's dose, it's flared back harder than ever, now creeping under the eye too. That same cream isn't touching it anymore.
Nothing else in the routine shifted except the reta amount. Beyond a slightly quicker heart rate and mild tiredness, nothing else seems off.
Others have mentioned running into this same rare reaction before. Genuinely unsure whether reta's directly responsible, or if it's just uncovering some pre-existing sensitivity. Stepping the amount back down either way, though any input's welcome. Thanks!
