From February '25 to now, I've gone from about 193 to 138. I've gotten smaller everywhere and I couldn't be happier! Never lose faith!

I try to walk everyday and I limit my carbs. I drink close to a gallon of water daily. I also try to get 7-8 hours of sleep. It's a lifestyle change. I've been on this journey since 2019.
