Higher dose = more weight loss?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Because a major clinical trial found that participants on tirz generally stopped losing weight around roughly a year and a half in, regardless of dosage level.

Started this on the 27th and this morning landed at a solid amount lost, so honestly even slower than the pace mentioned here. That said, hunger and cravings feel dramatically different now and the mental food chatter has largely quieted down, so clearly the medication's working. Solo effort before this never managed more than a small amount lost over several years.

Sounds like the dose probably just needs to keep climbing.

Based on trial data comparing different weekly amounts of this medication, the jump between a moderate amount and double that produces a dramatic gap in typical outcomes. Going even higher barely adds much beyond that though. So the lower amount really just counts as the starting therapeutic level. Worth continuing to raise it gradually.
