Hit 100lbs lost - Now what?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The transition wardrobe budget approach is practical - there's no point investing in sizes you'll be through in a few months. Costco and similar work exactly for this window; decent quality at prices where you don't feel bad replacing them again in six weeks.

The 1.7 to 2.5mg range as where sema actually works for most people is a useful calibration point. The OP at 100 lbs down is in a different conversation than someone starting - the maintenance question and whether to hold dose or reduce becomes the focus. What protocol are you running now and is the intent to keep the weight or continue dropping?

Week 20 at 67 with Hashimoto's and weight gained after the covid vaccine and sema working successfully is a different set of circumstances than most people hitting the medication. The OP at 100 lbs down asking what's next is in the maintenance question territory. For someone with Hashimoto's, thyroid function monitoring alongside the maintenance plan is worth staying on top of.

Starting weight was 218lbs back in February 2024, now at 118lbs, hit that number and held it since July 2025. 5'4" here. Began on semaglutide and shed the initial 85lbs there, then switched over to tirzepatide once anhedonia set in around March 2025, and the remaining 15lbs came off while getting back a genuine interest in fun things again. Happy to stay on this medication indefinitely at this point.

Started at 243 back in August of last year, now sitting at 137. So right around a year and past the 100 pound mark. Was pretty slow out of the gate though, maybe six pounds in those first two months. Once I hit 1.7mg of semaglutide it really took off. Currently on 2.15mg. Things have slowed way down again lately, actually nothing at all these past few weeks, but I'm fine with that. Blew past my original goal a while back, would like to land around 130 eventually. No rush on these final seven pounds
