I can't believe I've shed 52 pounds! Reached a huge milestone – under 140! Started this whole thing back in September!
 
Could you share what your typical daily eating habits look like? I've lost 17 lbs so far. I'm basically eating whatever I want but in smaller portions. Trying to cut back on carbs... Your results are super impressive.
 
Thanks everyone for the kind words! To answer a few questions I am not working out, but probably should! And I'm eating smaller portions of what I used to.
 
I saw someone mention hair and muscle loss from rapid weight loss. That's a great point, I'm going to try to add some protein shakes and maybe some vitamins to my diet.
