Could you share what your typical daily eating habits look like? I've lost 17 lbs so far. I'm basically eating whatever I want but in smaller portions. Trying to cut back on carbs... Your results are super impressive.

I saw someone mention hair and muscle loss from rapid weight loss. That's a great point, I'm going to try to add some protein shakes and maybe some vitamins to my diet.
