Ok, here are some answers for you all that were asking for details:

* I was able to lose the weight while staying at the 1.7mg dose. I never went to 2.4mg.
* I never did any strict fasting like 16:8 or OMAD.
* My top three habits: 1) Tracking calories carefully. 2) Prioritizing protein. 3) Staying hydrated. Always sipping on water, especially before meals.
 
Congratulations on hitting your goal weight and maintaining it! I am also in maintenance! What does your daily calorie intake look like now?
 
I lost around 85 lbs and I'm kinda sad that my boobs are almost completely gone, LOL. Happy to be healthier, but still... maybe I should have done some weight lifting!
