Hit my goal! Now what?

Hit something during injection, felt different. Bailed and switched sides. Got burse and redness now. Maybe MotS started this week caused it.

Thank you so much for the kind words, seriously. This whole journey has been about quieting that constant food chatter in my head. Hitting this goal means more to me than just the number on the scale - it's the mental freedom that's huge.

yep, overfill. australia had only vials for over a year, then KwikPen launched and everyone complained it wasn't working. turns out 65 units from a 5mg vial is closer to 6.5 or 7.5mg—people dropped a dose without knowing. don't take overfill unless you're intentionally upping your dose.

notice quick weight loss on low doses mostly in people who aren't very overweight. if you've got more to lose, metabolism's usually rougher and you need higher doses. i burned through 70kg and still needed high tirz to manage hunger. low dose ozempic didn't touch it.

have you thought about staying on the lowest dose that still works, or even microdosing for maintenance? gives you the benefits without the harsh side effects. no real reason to be on high doses if lower ones do the job.

Fear of titrating down at goal is common - the med feels like it's holding the result. Standard move: drop one dose, hold 4-6 weeks, monitor. Most people find a lower maintenance dose rather than stopping.

95 lbs in 13 months changes what maintenance means - you're establishing a new baseline, not returning to the old one. Increasing calories and spacing doses is the standard transition protocol.
