Hit my goal weight - now what?!

Christmas threw me off a bit but I jumped back in quick. Lost 123 pounds in 11 months (took an 8-month break when I had my baby). Now just 7kg from my target weight. My BMI is at 26.6 though I suspect some loose skin is throwing the number off. Dosing 12.5mg every six days.
 
Have you actually made the lifestyle changes - diet and exercise - that keep weight off? You could also use a higher-dose pen and click less to save money. If you've only lost 4 kg it's not huge on the scale but other benefits sound real. Is compounded an option where you are?
 
First time taking progress pictures today. Too scared to look before this. Last year kept saying 'it's not that different'. But wow, it really is. I'm 34. Started at 185, at 135 now. No specific goal weight. Went from size 12 to size 2.
 
Amazing! Similar starting point in September 2025, was 260, five-eight. Down to 217 now on 15mg. Did you do anything specific? Diet changes or exercises? Great work.
 
been injecting a farm animal b12 product. started 1ml a day for 1mg of b12 plus other b stuff. didn't really notice energy boost so pulled back after a week to dig into safer doses. still figuring it out honestly.
